5. What case was this ruling in response too?
An appeal to the Supreme Court is needed, not that would guarantee a good outcome, but another chance
and nationwide coverage/outrage from us..might tip the balance. :patriot:

6. Mixed feelings
While I did not like or approve this decision, I am very reluctant to promote anything (even the referenced video) related to RTR.org. Front left on their website is Oathkeepers. I'm not sure which is worse. I'm so cynical these days about the twisting of facts by people who are not real journalists.

The intent of the decision was probably right, even though it has a terrible consequence for a basic freedom. If a police officer thinks a wife might be in trouble during a domestic dispute, can the husband keep the officer out? That's essentially what I understand the case was about, although I certainly didn't follow it or even know about it until it was over. Now it's hard to find anything that I can be sure isn't tainted.
