While PFC Bradley Manning awaits his eventual military trial, are the odds of him facing an impartial jury possible at all anymore? With President Obama condemning Manning as guilty while he remains imprisoned for his involvement with WikiLeaks, the cruel and unusual punishment he faced at Quantico is now being followed up with being presumed guilty until proven innocent. Is there a "Manning Exception" to the Bill of Rights? Kevin Zeese of the Bradley Manning Support Network weighs in.

4. I'm sure his lawyers will claim that he cannot receive
a fair trial, especially in a Military Tribunal. Once the CIC has declared him guilty, how can anyone in the military say otherwise?

I would ask for a dismissal if I were his attorneys, which I'm sure they will.

7. I know, but you never know. A lot of people apparently thought
Daniel Ellsberg would never see the light of day either. It's wishful thinking, probably, but I keep hoping that things will change and we'll start seeing some justice. :-)
