Nancy appears on Megyn Kelly's show up against talk show host David Webb. They discuss a letter from the Dept. of Education to school principals telling them they need to monitor students' out-of-school social media, etc. to watch out for bullying. Nancy defends students' rights not to be bullied and to not live in fear, no matter for what reason. David Webb says this is an infringement of free speech rights.
