That YouTube user should avoid chronic reposting of copyrighted content. It's fair use to use excerpts and comment on them (usually) but that's not what I see here.

Since Cenk works for MSNBC and TYT we're able to do it, and the video I posted is from our TYT Interviews channel (not bootleg knock-off channel). I only bring this up over the dupe suggestion otherwise I'd leave it alone. But sure, if there was some really, really important content that you couldn't find on the primary YouTube channel(s) that own the content, I totally understand posting that.
