This is a massive militarization of Colorado and New Mexico air space. See map shown on 2nd link below.

Some opponents have raised concerns about impacts to wildlife, livestock, rural residents, and war veterans suffering from PTSD, many of whom live in NM and CO.
Others are concerned about the noise impact and the cost.

Military aircraft will be flying as low as 200 ft above the ground and will include C-130s and CV-22s.
