It's the same over and over the money trail leads back. Prisoners also are the largest manufacturing base in the United States! Slave labour under a new name. Kill the schools, kill any kind of program that helps lift people out of poverty, and make more prisoners. Why non violent felons having their name stained after their sentence only sends these guys back to jail - unable to make it - do to their past. All while letting violent criminals and serious sexual offenders out early. (cheaper to house and control the non-violent ones).
