4. Gibbs might have been a good press secretary for a candidate

but he is a miserable one for a president. There is a huge distinct difference between the two jobs and Gibbs has not performed well in the 18 months he's had that job.

Clearly, he is taking his cues from someone in that White House, otherwise, he would not have felt so comfortable letting that bullshit roll off his tongue.

The Dems want to throw away all of the gains they made 2 years ago over expediency and keeping fux from saying something negative about them. That is the bottom line.
