1. a few problems

we have no real idea why this cop is at this guys house. Maybe the guy is a neo nazi.....the Seig heil that the cop said sounded very sarcastic to me as if he was making fun of the guy.

You know that there are real nuts out there that will try the patience of Job and even the best of cops will say horrible things about a real asshole.

5. Not that it matters but this was about a minor car alarm beef.

Even if it was something more serious, the cops have three choices - get him to come out voluntarily, make entry based on a serious crime in progress or go get an arrest warrant. I don't give a fuck WHAT other excuses you can make up for these pigs but conspiring to trump up a reason to bust his door down to kill him isn't on the list.

The video and the cop's lack of professionalism speak for themselves.

This occured in 2004. The officers went to his home because the dispatcher's in-laws (next-door neighbors) called on him for a defective truck alarm. 2 of the responding officers also live on the victim's street.

This is actual footage of two police officers from Melvindale, Michigan (one of whom remains on the force, the other was discharged after fixing tickets in exchange for sexual favors).
They are seen and heard, and the closed captioning illustrates, trying to coax a man from his home so they can beat him.

You can hear the radio softly playing on the video. This preliminary footage demonstrates how they planned to get him out of his home later by illegally towing his truck from his driveway in order to "beat him to death" and "shove this flashlight right up his asshole." The tell him he is "creating a disturbance" although it is not an offense to be "creating a disturbance" in your own home.
Just before they leave, one officer gives the Nazi salute of "Zeig Heil" for the camera, and you can hear them and discuss how they're going to come back later, get him out of his house to justify a charge of "public disturbance" and beat him.

It's incredible. 6 officers surround him on his own lawn, one maces him, one hits him in the back of the head with a shotgun and they all beat and kick him into unconsciousness.

7. the officers

were actually being EXTREMELY patient with him. Ordering him numerous times to go back in the house. They told him not to step off the porch and he did anyway.

Then when warned that he would be arrested he was given two additional chances. He didnt respond.

He was then ordered to get down on the ground and that he was under arrest. He did not comply with the officer. So they forced him to the ground, using fairly standard police practices.

There is even once officer saying to watch his head and hand. They are trying not to injury the guy if at all possible, but he is clearly resisting arrest.

There is a WHOLE lot that I am sure is not being show here.

Show me where police have the right or authority to order you around on your own property. And don't tell me his was interfering with police business by watching his truck get towed. CLEARLY, the only "interfering" he was doing was asking questions ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. I suppose you agree with the pig in the first video claiming he was c"causing a disturbance" by talking through his door??? WTF?

You are obligated to follow LAWFUL orders but we are not slaves and the police are not the law. If the cop told him to stand on one leg and squawk like a chicken would he be obligated to do so? No. And don't give me any "officer safety" bullshit - any reasonable person can see they had no concern for safety or weapons.....otherwise, they wouldn't lose control and have him retreat to his home.

I'll concede, as illegal as it was, once the officer moves to arrest you are obligated to comply and not resist. You need to understand the distinction between following, or not following, an un-lawful order and resisting once you are under arrest.

he pushed him down with the butt of his gun. if he had hit him, he would have fallen right away.

The officers felt that this guy was a threat if he stayed outside and asked him numerous times to go back inside. he refused, then resisted arrest.

The first video the officer doesn't say how he is causing a disturbance. I believe though it has to do with his truck not with him talking thru the door.


Lose control, how many times did they ask him not to stay outside?

The officers were actually being fairly patient with him, giving him at least 7 or 8 chances to go back inside.

Obviously this video was put up by the person who was arrested. But who knows what he left out of the videos. There could have been a ton of stuff that shows he was acting like a dick.

Exactly why should he comply to a silly order by some pig telling him where to stand on his own property? That is pure BS. I love how they try to trick him into coming outside, then when he is outside they warn him to go back inside and then proceed to beat him for being outside. 22. it was two seperate videos

at different times.
1st video they wanted him to come outside to talk to him.

Second video he was already outside and it was at night (first one was in the daytime)



I did indeed watch the video, with an open mind.

Did you also hear the cops say "Watch his hand, watch his head" while he was down? This is done to warn the other cops to avoid injuring a suspect.

It's right at the 5:03 mark, his first swing is a miss that glances across the back of his neck. The second strike hits him square in the back of the head causing him to go down face first.

5:03 -strike to the head..........at 5:12 you can see him stroking down with the weapon again.

I'm surprised they exercised as much self-control as they did. As soon as the asshole shot his mouth off and disrespected me, and by extension the police profession and the legal system, I would have clubbed some sense into him.
