4. A completely stupid commentary.
First of all, I just love the bigotry of continuously using a southern accent to imply stupidity. Maybe next he could do a piece of gay rights and use a lisp, or a piece on racial issues and toss in some ebonics.

Secondly, Mr. Malloy, as do many other anti-firearm folks, continuously says, "We don't want your guns!" ("but we want your women").

I could not follow the point of "wanting your women", but in any case firearm owners are rightfully concerned about their second amendment rights given President Obama's and the Democratic Party's past record concerning firearms legislation and also the President's stance on www.change.gov under urban policy (it is still there) and the same passage was on www.whitehouse.gov until a few months after the election, when it was quietly removed:

http://change.gov/agenda/urbanpolicy_agenda/

"They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent. "

Firearm bans are also part of the Democratic Party Platform:

http://www.democrats.org/a/party/platform.html

"We can work together to enact and enforce commonsense laws and improvements – like closing the gun show loophole, improving our background check system, and reinstating the assault weapons ban, so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals."

Now Mr. Malloy is quite correct that the legislative tide is definitely going in a pro-firearm-rights direction lately, and has been for some years now. But it is highly disingenuous to mock firearms-rights proponents as having unfounded fears when firearm bans were part of President Obama's running platform and are still part of the Democratic Party Platform. Firearm owners are simply taking the people currently in power at their words.

Further, Mr. Malloy is entirely out of line for calling law-abiding firearm owners "transparently stupid" and "candy asses" because they choose to obey the law! Here we have a group of people engaged in lawful political protest and Mr. Malloy wants to call them out because their rage has not yet risen to the point where actual bullets are flying?!?

I suggest that Mr. Malloy had best be careful what he wishes for. Civil wars are ugly, brutal, catastrophic things and not something to be mocked or taken lightly. He should be thankful that firearm owners are still constrained within the law.

5. Are you also a satirist?
LOL

Why don't all you good old boys just go up against the US military and teach them a lesson. :sarcasm:

6. I don't understand.

I don't understand what you are getting at. That armed resistance against the US military is futile? Ask the Vietnamese, Iraqis, and Afghans about that.

7. Yes lets ask those people...
I would suggest you compare the total body counts (military and civilian) in all three cases that you listed against US military casualties. Then ask yourself if any of these twits marching around with their substitute penises are prepared to face a supercharged killing machine that is the US military.

Also just who the hell do you think would supply these morons to keep a sustained insurrection going?

8. The number of casualties doesn't matter.
I would suggest you compare the total body counts (military and civilian) in all three cases that you listed against US military casualties.

If, in the end, they withdrew, then they lost. It doesn't matter how many actual casualties they sustained before withdrawing.

In a war of attrition, all that matters is who's left standing in the end.

Also just who the hell do you think would supply these morons to keep a sustained insurrection going?

Which morons have kept insurrections going in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan?

I could easily see support from Mexico and South America, if for no other reason than to move in to protect drug turf.

9. What nonsense.
Yes, US forces withdrew from Vietnam after a long and sustained war, but guess what? Vietnam was not in the United States. Neither is Iraq or Afghanistan. There is HUGE difference between invading another country and squashing a pitiful insurrection of beer swilling militia types.

As far as who supplied who? Vietnam -- The Chinese. Iraq -- Al Qaeda (funded by Saudi extremists) and Iran. Afghanistan -- extremists in Pakistan.

I could easily see support from Mexico and South America, if for no other reason than to move in to protect drug turf.

Yeah, maybe some criminal elements would try to make some cash selling weapons and ammo to the American version of the Taliban but that would not make one bit of fucking difference -- the US military has the MIC behind it with an endless supply of killing materials. After the first battle the fucking cowards would drop their ersatz penises and beg to return to their life of beer and Nascar (ie. bread and circuses)
