Summary: Cenk debated former Libertarian VP candidate Wayne Allyn Root yesterday and this is just a very short excerpt where Cenk challenges root to protest Wall Street. You can http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EEw6Ijz0Aw|watch the full debate here>.

PS---Check out (and subscribe to) our new channel, . As the name suggests, it's all great interviews with members of Congress, Michael Moore, Arianna Huffington, Jesse Ventura, economists (William K Black, Joseph Stiglitz and Simon Johnson to name a few), Media Matters reps, various journalists, reporters and much more.

3. ROOT ON HIS WEBSITE MAKES A CASE FOR HIS TEEN-DAUGHTER TO RUN THE POST OFFICE....
but pointing out her "brilliant questions"..... (why are they losing money, why should the people in charge of the post office be in charge of health care, etc)

they never ask the OTHER questions........ why do the TEABAGGERS claim to "not be a part of the republican party" when they NEVER attack REPUBLICAN IDEAS THAT SPEND MONEY (fake war, massive defense spending, farmer welfare)

IT IS EASY TO SHARPSHOOT ANY IDEA FROM AFAR BUT THE COWARDS WHO DON'T ATTACK WITHIN THEIR OWN PARTY TO CLEAN IT UP....

9. They lose money because they're providing a service for EVERYONE in the nation.

If they want to turn a profit, they can charge similar rates to UPS, FedEx and other private courier services. See how long it lasts before these same people bitch that they have to pay $10 to send a freakin' birthday card...if they even deliver to the areas where their packages need to be sent. If they adopt the same mindset as the courier services, they won't go where they can't make a profit.

It's like the simplistic arguments some people give over why private school students perform better than those in public schools. It's because the private schools can be selective in who they admit. The public schools have to take the good and the bad. In your inner cities, many of the students come from dysfunctional families or no families, making it even more difficult for the public school teachers to perform their main duty to teach!

I recently had an argument with a BIL who threw out the old Repub rhetoric about how the government can't run anything compared to the private sector. I reminded him of Enron, GM & Chrysler, health insurance companies, Wall Street and its investment banks and the airlines. I told him his rhetoric rings a little hollow right now, given the recent performances of the private sector businesses I mentioned.

The real kicker is...he's employed at GM! Who's to say he'd even have a job now had the government not bailed them out?

13. The tea party is a subsidiary of the GOP.
If anyone ever doubted it, look where all their money comes from, who pulls the strings, what their solutions are to today's problems, and what party all of them support. Look familiar?
