I read allot of right wing post stating, "You passed health care reform,wait until the mid-terms you pesky liberals ! ", ha... Now I'll admit, without question Republicans will gain seats . It's an anti-incumbent year . Who are most of the incumbents ? Us Democrats . It's historically always the case for any incumbent party in the mid-terms . Now does that mean Republicans will take back control of the house and senate . I'm predicting it will be close but no . I think the Democrats will maintain control of both the house and senate .I think with the recent passing of this bill, it's changed the landscape . Now I know it would seem a shit load of people are against this bill . However, I think the opposition is the loudest but not necessarily the the majority. The game will slowly change when people find out how health care would help them and suddenly it doesn't seem so bad .When people find out the sky isn't falling like Republicans claimed, their going to feel upset they were played like a bad song .This recent poll illustrates this point .

Attitudes can change fast. Alot of folks, even many of us who opposed this bill, are relatively happy that it is at least over and we can get on with some newer business. But health CARE costs are still rising, and the GOP/Fox will be working overtime to blame every problem in the future on this bill.

Give away to the rich in tax cuts. After all bush loved the rich and despised the poor. They should have picked their parents better. he did and he was handed the presidency. Look where we are now. Behind the 8 ball. Go to blazes GOP.

benefit from this health care reform they will be acting a lot different. As a matter of fact it should help Obama get re-elected for our 2nd term in office.

5. The "people are against it" polls were always misleading.

Many of the people that were against the bill felt it did not go far enough, yet the poll results were interpreted to mean that all those against the bill were against health care reform when that was simply not the case.
