Glenn Beck said it best at C-PAC: Republicans have to admit they have a problem, a spending problem. Nancy Skinner thanks Glenn Beck for finally admitting that it was George Bush who spent us into the current economic crisis. The politics of rescuing the economy with a fiscal stimulus are bad for President Obama, but it was what he had to do. Governing is so much harder than being a bombastic TV host.

Her site is safe. I just clicked on the link and didn't get any kind of warning. It works just fine.

Thanks for watching if you can.

3. To bad it takes an idiot like Beck to alert these peole to
what has been the obvious. Is this an example of a basic brain malfunction that repugs need this kind of prodding before they can process information?

6. What about bank bailouts?
If a million dollars to fix a bridge is so terrible, why is 23 trillion in taxpayer funded trick or treats for Wall Street okay with so many conservatives? Glenn Beck may be up there talking about the Republican party "having a problem" but their next candidate is going to be every bit as much a big spender as Bush was and Beck will be going to the mat for him/her every single minute of every day. Guarann frigging teed. Mr. Beck has an annoying habit of having one moral position in the spring and quite another one in the fall.

7. I'd think it would be more like 1-2%...
they seem big because they are getting attention.

At virtually all of their "rallies"they come up around 1000 people, the same people, (they bus them around). They are little more than a media funfest. Most of the people you see in the videos, are there because of the hype, not on ideological grounds; they want to see these people "live"...the good thing is, they still have the "power" to split a ticket, namely the GOP...:D

10. I think you're right. They confuse "I got mine, fuck you" with being conservative and being
"conservative" with being Republican.

8. Ok to put the wars on a credit card
but not a bridge? What about the unseen costs of our fighting men and women coming back with out an arm or a leg? What does that cost in human suffering? Do all the displaced Iraqi people now have homes? What about the cost of the babies born to mothers in depleted uranium, Faluja, who have serious disfigurement and retardation? What about that hidden cost? Fuckwitz.

12. Good for Shuster getting two people who understand the issue
TV has gotten so bad that they don't even need to be experts anymore.
