1. Good grief!! Steny Hoyer is NOT the Whip, as Hartmann said in this clip.

Is this really Thom Hartmann? If so he should know better.

He says, "that's not good... Steny Hoyer's the guy of course, he's the Whip, he's the guy who's charged with going around and making sure that everybody's going to vote the right way."

Steny Hoyer is the MAJORITY LEADER of the US House, not the Whip. James Clyburn is the Whip for the Democrats.

2. Where is Obama on this? When the whip and the majority leader

fail to get the votes, the president needs to step in. I am beginning to wonder whether Obama isn't trying to sabotage the health care reform.
