Yeah so Obama says in his health care speech that Illegal alians will be barred from health insurance. After that Joe Wilson says something. Then there is a media storm and now they are including that in the bill. Only it looks like Joe Wilson is responsible. Only he's not. Obama said in his speech that that is what is going to be included.
So to sum it up.
Obama says something.
The Conservatives use some media hocus pocus.
Now, it looks like the republicans are responsible for what Obama declared would be in the bill.
