5. I am amazed
that Rick Sanchez is open enough and allowed to, broach this
subject. Previously, I looked at him as just another corporate
talking head. Alternately, I have always recognized Bernie
Sanders, since he was in the Congress(before he became a
Senator), as the most patriotic member of our government for
the people. If (when) this SCOTUS case is overturned, the
people may as well leave America. It will be nothing but a
complete corporate playground with the most massive stock of
weapons in the world. I am not very religious, but that sounds
like armageddon to me.

7. great interview and solid journalism by Sanchez. This issue of whether

corporations are "persons" with the same right as you or I has come up before- and MAYBe this case will finally bring to light to Americans that are unaware of this how crazy and dangerous this status is and how has harmed our democracy and has the potential with this upcoming case and ruling to KILL democracy and ACCESS to free speech- in the form of media saturation. Maybe the net roots has some counterbalance and they may overplay their hand. But in this country the corporation with the right of an individual in a campaign context- could then spend unlimited money to influence our government and political campaigns. I'm not totally doom and gloom about this, but it is very critical that the public be aware of the danger. If we are lucky in the next few years we get a court that will overturn the status of corporations as "persons". This conservative court likely will not. I heard Judge Roberts refer to the government in a derogatory tone as "big brother" today. Orwellian? Ironic?

10. Why don't more journalists report the facts in the way that Sanchez
did in this report? That was excellent. He just told the story. People can decide which side they are on for themselves.

I'd really like to catch the episode with Robert Reich and Bernie Sanders discussing public financing of campaigns.

Both of them are great! Glad to see Rick Sanchez carving out a voice-of-reason position for himself once again.

I don't watch much CNN because it has gone too far to the right in the past decade, but Rick Sanchez shines out as someone to watch.

18. Ruth Bader Ginsberg raised an important point.
Granting corporations "person-hood" essentially gives foreign owners of those corporations, including the Chinese government and Saudi royals, a powerful voice in the government of our country.
