A lot of people took advantage of this program, lazy people, people who don't work
on purpose ,collect welfare, and get a free electric wheelchairs from T.V because they
have become addicted to their pain meds and they get so bloated they can't walk.
It is truly sad that when the GOV'T creates a great program, there are always people
that don't need it, know how to get it for free.
