I actually predicted this about a week ago. Recap.. We have the Birthers, the Deathers and now we have the Vaxers.

Vaxers are people who believe the swine flu is a hoax and the vaccine is meant to do "other" things.

Some Vaxers call it a "kill shot" some Vaxers say the vaccine will have an RFID chip in it.

This is new. Now the reason Obama wants government healthcare is because he wants to force the vaccine on the public.

The Vaxers will be making the headlines in September when people start refusing shots because they're afraid they'll die.

This is interesting because it might be a national security issue. Deliberately endangering the public health with a contagious virus that could cause many deaths just might be illegal.

And of course Fox news is toying with the idea. They haven't pushed the CT yet but they are testing it around the edges.

We might be able to nail Fox on this. Any Fox news programming dealing with the vaccine should be watched and saved for future court cases.

Also.. If they do succeed in scaring people into not getting vaccinated and those people die of the swine flu. Family members should be able to sue these youtube video producers, Alex Jones, Michelle Malkin (if she spreads it) and any other RW websites.

1. k&r
For a very long time, there's been a very worrying degree of overlap between the anti-vacc movement and paranoid right-libertarianism.

2. Both depend on ignorance, a suspension of critical thinking,
and a delusion reinforced by a group.

I don't find the fact that goony birds of a feather are flocking together. We used to call them the lunatic fringe. With the GOP losing approval and power daily we might be able to call them that again.

Stupidity in this case is going to be its own reward, especially if the flu follows the 1918 pattern and becomes more virulent by winter.

9. Ssh. That is not allowed on this forum.
After all, one of the big faves of all DLC members is Waxman, who is in the pocket of industry on both the flouride and the vaccine issue. Waxman will be going all out to help whoever comes along over the next few years who wants to push vitamins and minerals (and other supplements) out of the hands of the public and into the patent rolls of Big Phara.

It has already happened with B6.

Codex has already destroyed the possibility of anyone in most European countries of receving the type of higher vitamin C dosages that you or I can get here.

And Codex is supposed to become law in less than a year.

5. Until someone is held legally responsible for vaccines again this is a very real possiblity...

The corruption has spread to all corners of our businesses and if they could give you tap water or melmaine and get paid for a pricey vaccine they do not have to pay to develop they will. People are not dying from this flu. Much, mush less frequently than the regular flu.

There is not enough time to even know if this vaccine works and they do not have time to figure out about the problem that makes this more deadly for young healty people. Those with somewhat impaired immune systems survived the manifestations of this flu. Will this put more people in the death category?

I did a 180 on vaccines because of LymeRix. Scientists knew that it could cause in incurable arthritis (peer reviewed research) but the FDA let them market anyway because the regulators had a financial stake in the product, just like they do this new vaccine. Those scientists still work for big pharma and those regulators are still at HHS.

I still believe in regulated, vaccines developed under the system before 1993. I believe the rest is a crap shoot with your children and I am not about to give up my freedom to protect my grandchildren from corporate and government malpractice.

As far as I am concerned forcing me to vaccinate with unregulated vaccines is grounds for self defense. But then we never sent our kids to school sick and possibly infect others like most do. Unless you stop blindly supporting unregulated vaccines you are my enemy. First do no harm.

So what is your number of dead from the vaccine when the death rate from the flu is about 1%? (It was 5% for LymeRix.)

6. Hell, if there is a great outbreak of Swine Flu;
And untold millions die, including a large portion of republicans who did not immunize, we'll be attacked by people saying, "It was a plot to get us to not take vaccinations because they

1) Knew they did not have enough for everyone and only wanted to save their own, or;

2) They wanted to kill us outright because... (Someone fill in the blanks)-All I can come up with is that the death panels would not have been quick enough.

Just saying.

7. Ah, but...Gov. Memo suppressed: Swine Flu linked to neurological disease
Sounds legit to me. No conspiracy here, just medical facts. What is more alarming is that this is being withheld from the American public...

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America

By Jo Macfarlane
Last updated at 11:05 PM on 15th August 2009

Prevention: Is the swine flu jab safe?

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.
The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
* The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

11. They would be lax
if they did not look for possible GBS with the new vaccine. It seems a prudent thing to monitor. Nevertheless, it seems not much vaccine will be available after all in time.

"Officials lower expectations for size of first novel flu vaccine deliveries

Lisa Schnirring * Staff Writer

Aug 14, 2009 (CIDRAP News) – Federal officials today during a pandemic H1N1 planning update dialed back the number of novel flu vaccine doses they expect in October from 120 million to 45 million, listing several reasons for the smaller projection.

During a late July meeting of a federal immunization advisory panel, which targeted 159 million people to receive the first doses, authorities projected that 120 million doses would be available in October, with another 80 million per month in the following months. "

14. The Daily Mail is NOT legit...
it is a sensationalist right-wing British tabloid; the equivalent of Rush Limbaugh's talk-show crossed with the National Enquirer.

As regards this item: while the particular document may have been confidential, it is well-known that medics are concerned to avoid a repetition of the increase in GBS from the 1976 swine flu vaccine. There is nothing new or 'suppressed' about this.

I wish there was a vaccine against the Daily Mail. It's far more dangerous than either the swine flu or any vaccine.

There were an awful lot of people in those drive-thru lines during the 2008 election. What else could explain the number of people that still voted Republican?

These morons have actually caused people to be hurt or killed with their paranoid propaganda. I agree 100% that if someone dies because of refusing medical treatment based on their misinformation that they should be sued out of existence.

17. If that's the best they can do, don't worry.
That video is such a muddled mess of mismatched iconography and an argument so thin it barely exists, that I doubt it's convincing anybody who isn't already inclined to believe utter horseshit.
