It stuns and worries me that this moral runt has any kind of success in this country. He reminds me of Bob Roberts, with his glib bullshit about the government needing to "get out of the way".

1. Other problems with this video

Stossel makes it look like the View ladies have a problem with Beck because they don't agree with his views. When in fact, they called him out for being a f*ing LIAR. (and a two-faced hypocrite)

The fact that his wife links (or linked) sex with religious docility is a window into Beck's aggression and and anger.

The idea that this cretin could "sell out" audiences to watch him perform "comedy" makes me feel like an alien from a different planet. To me, comedy is based on intelligence and satire - pointing out the problems with the status quo. Beck doesn't have intelligence, and while he pretends to attack the status quo, he is in actuality defending the powers that be. I can only imagine the psychic pain that would come from watching 15 minutes of the comedy stylings of this moron.

10. The editing of this piece is hilarious

(whether it's unintentionally funny I don't know). But what's up with the freezing on Beck's doughboy face, then bleaching all the color out and going into slo mo? I half expected them to fade to a shot of a freshly dug grave somewhere or an old Buick being hauled up out of a swamp with a lap dissolve to his wife's high school picture.

Stossel took this absolutely nowhere we didn't expect it to go. "sniff" "blubber" "whaaaah." "I can't help it, man... I love my country soooo much."

I'm sickened that Mr. Beck flaunts his "recovery" in public to gain sympathy. Having spent 20+ years myself in AA it is obvious to me how sober Glenn is not. He may not be drinking now but God forbid, should he start again- those who are looking to AA for help will see his failure as AA's fault.
