Around St. Louis, the news is mostly Murders, the Economy, and Building Projects.

I do not consider local news apart of the MSM. Fluff pieces at the local level are apart of every news cast.

10. No Need for Note from President

I imagine this might make someone or a few people angry, but I will write it anyway. No, I am not the teacher of the student to which President Obama gave a note; however, I contend there was no need for the father to ask for a note and no need for the President to give one. First, it was the last day of school, I doubt that anyone from the school or the school district really cared whether that student or any other student missed school that day. Secondly, I think the only thing the father or the student had to do was take a picture of them being at the event; to prove she was actually there. It seems that any teacher or principal would think going to see the President would be a good reason to miss the last day of school.
