4. Of course it's allowed.
But I had to actually look up dates to see what the occasion is and noticed his birthday is on May 29. Otherwise, you'd be in violation of fucking with our heads....lol.

well, I found it on TVdays..he is a youtuber who has resurrected a lot of old tapes from the dustbins of historical archives, so this rendition may not have been seen before.

9. I was in Europe when it happened. My memory is
much different than the "collective memories" of so many. The continent was in mourning, but I didn't see all of this sort of footage until years later. One of my cousins was in the honor guard, so we got a perspective from that end of the family.

We were able to see a little bit of footage on the neighbor's television (we didn't have one), but my perspective is different from those who were here in America when it happened.

Very good synopsis, that.

11. Is there a tradition of a "wrong note" in Taps? seem to recall something to that effect.

12. I do not believe there is such a tradition.
The man playing Taps had been waiting outside on a cold day for something like three hours and he was quite chilled, and that's why he missed the note.

My clear memories of all the footage are in black and white, because we had a black and white TV. Not many people had color sets back then.

13. Such a loss. It is hard to understand how this facet of govt.
security was such a comprimised entity that day.
