It is a shame that Giuliani gets such a resounding applause in this video because Ron Paul IS trying to educate a few people here. He wouldn't get my vote, but I like the guy. He's brave.

1. Censorship of GOP debates did you hear the moans and groans
...from the audience when the question was asked to change the subject. Ron Paul may never get nominated as Republican presidential candidate but he sure as hell can stir the shit storm in the GOP between now and the primaries:kick:

3. On matters of foreign policy Ron Paul makes a lot
of sense. Only one up on that stage who has a clue.

13. Now that's funny!
Randi Rhodes talked about a similar thing today. Apparently all throughout the debate, Fox was promoting their text message poll they were conducting during the debates. Every commercial break it was "text who you think won to yada yada yada". After the debate, despite the Fox "moderators" attempts to shut Ron Paul down, who did the voters in their little poll think had won? Ron Paul, of course. How can that be? That Fox News viewers responded to...the truth? Even though the in house audience responded to the same old bullshit? Could it be that the run-of-the-mill republicans really are ready for some reality?

5. I shake my head in amazement at the idiots who cheered
Giuliani. People who are so thickheaded that they just refuse to go beyond the "they hate us for our freedom's" line. It amazes me that people are this stupid.

7. Oh sure lets change the subject… Every knows they hate us for our freedom…
no need to discuss the truth any further. Lets change the subject to the confederate flag, I personally like to wrap myself in the stars and strips when I’m lying my ass off and dreaming about how I’ll be f***ing the whole country if you vote for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee… etc. etc…

8. Ron Paul vs. Shameless Panderer
I was surfing past Faux News when I came across this Ron Paul moment and thought I had entered a parallel universe where Republicans had a clue. He actually gave a better explanation than I've heard from just about anyone and in terms that were understandable to those who are willing to listen. I don't know what his position is on any other issues but he has my respect for trying to be heard above the thunder of party bs on this issue.

Guiliani was simply embarrassing (as was the audience applause). His exploitation of the New York bombing for his own benefit apparently has no limit. I think he is pro-choice for a similar self-serving reason - because he needed the votes at one time and got stuck in that position. I find it difficult to believe that he cares about either women or children. Perhaps that explains his ambivalence on the issue of abortion.

9. I think Ron Paul makes more sense than a lot of our guys do.
Sad to say.

His comments on non-interventionism make the best sense of any approach I've heard of. Certainly beats the shit out of "all options are on the table (including armageddon)"

11. he does...
I was shocked they cheered giuliani, but it makes sense, they are rethugs after all... msnbc ratings by users showed Paul's positives went up over 25% AND giuliani's negatives went up about the same, after the debate!

12. Wow
Anybody notice the beginnings of applause Paul was getting? People were starting to clap before the moderator jumped in to tell them what they should think. And then everyone jumped in line behind Giuliani's tired old "Everything changed after 9/11" bullshit. No offense to the mentally challenged, but republicans are a bunch of fucking retards.
