If people don't get how crazed these bankers are with their demands for bonuses, I don't see how they won't get it after listening to Cenk. I think this is one of the best pieces Cenk has done. He nailed it.

wtf kind of system lets such bonuses to be paid? 23 billion in losses = 26 billion in bonuses? and schools have to worry about how to feed their students, not mention educate them?

8. I've heard it

Their excuse for this is that yes some of the people did a bad job and they didn't get bonuses but we had these other couple of people that did real well and to retain them we had to give them huge bonuses. Okay, if you have to give huge bonuses to retain people maybe you should think about how your whole pay scale is set up. I know when the company I used to work for went through slow times none of us worker bees got a bonus at all no matter how good we were at our jobs. They still don't answers Cenk's point and that is if your company is hemorrhaging money what the hell are you doing giving anybody bonuses. Good times, top proformers get big bonuses maybe others get smaller bonuses. Bad times, NOBODY GETS ANY DAMN BONUSES!!!!!
