We still must be vigilent as many of the "new laws" are still on the books. We must continue to fight against those that want some, many, or all to remain or want to "refine" them. Great discussion from the Guardian.

6. It seems that in a way, Obama is already giving in to the temptation of total power

That's what Naomi is warning us about. With Obama, he probably won't abuse the power he has now as provided by the Bush Administration, but if he doesn't change it then the next administration could abuse it.

It's inevitable that there will be another terrorist attack on U.S. soil, and if that happens during a Republican administration it could spell the end of America as we know it based on all of the structure Bush set up the past 8 years.

That's why Obama must change it now, AND punish those who did it. If he doesn't, then it's only a matter of time before this country is finished.
