1. Hey, Chuck, you forgot to mention Mukasey as one of the AGs

who "drug the department through the mud" because he acted as the "preident's lawyer," rather than the "people's lawyer." Why did you mention Gonzales and his henchman Schlozman, but not Mukasey for your criticism??

Oh, that's right...you're the doofus who gave us Mukasey. You didn't want to remind people of that.

3. Me, too. I just find the fact that he went through a litany of AGs

and never mentioned Mukasey. Has anyone asked Holder if waterboarding was torture? If so, what did he answer? I'm just getting home from work.

you should have watched it. Two Repubs asked him stupid "assumption" questions like, "assuming waterboarding was the only way to prevent the death of 3000k americans, what would you do?

Holder replied, "I would have to accept that premise that waterboarding was THE ONLY WAY,.. senator, i don't think i can answer that question" with a look on his face.. like.. "what the fuck was that all about" to the repub...

6. Did he say that he was obligated to prosecute torture crimes?

I'm glad that was asked, and that he answered it that way. Did he give any indication, though, of going after those who authorized waterboarding and other torture?
