President Bush is making changes like easing regulations for industry in his last days. The White House says it's push to easy industry regulations is unfinished business, but others see it as controversial. Kimberly Dozier has more.

(So as to not be unduly distracted from the huge issues he's facing) the purpose of which is to identify and overturn Bush's midnight gifts to industry. He should make it clear than anyone taking up one of the leases is going to face an expensive court fight that they will ultimately lose. And he should warn Bush to stand down on this or risk his buddies (who WILL be around after Jan 20) getting bruised.
