Less to steal - that argument is a canard

Besides during the prohibition, alcohol smuggling violence went up. It is not lumped with those stats, and crime actually went up.

11. completely agree. Drug use is a social issue. Handing out

jail sentences does not fix the problem.

Should we legalize drugs... The drug shop owner should pay heavy taxes on the drugs to pay for the drug rehab programs and drug education. As well, all drugs coming in from other countries would receive heavy import taxes. Eventually, the cost would get rid of the drugs, or the very wealthy would all be high.
