I remember fondly the international treaties that Texas, Arizona, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maine, North Dakota and Michigan have had to negotiate. It is so funny that she thinks that Alaska is the only state that borders a 'foreign country'. Someone needs to bring this up.
