Biden does, however, always come back and eviscerate McCain's policies and judgment after he gives him the nod.

Again Joe explains something to me in a way I can "get it" -- the offshore tax loophole. I knew that companies availed themselves of it, but I didn't know how it WORKED. Now I do!

And what he says about McCain is damning. I would like every McCain supporter to hear this.
