5. Anyone who has not seen Network...

Drop what you're doing and see it now. Unless what you're doing is really important, in which case don't forget to see it tomorrow. This scene gets all the glory, but there's at least another 3 or 4 monologues in the movie that are just as good or even better.

I first saw Network in the 90's. I thought it was pretty good, kinda goofy. Maybe a little overrated. I saw it again a couple years ago and was completely floored. Now I consider it among my favorite movies. Paddy Chayevsky may have had a time machine in his basement, because he seems to have written about our present in 1976.

9. That is my favorite movie of all time

The film has the best script of any movie I have seen, and it holds up so well today. The acting is incredible as well. It is one of those movies everyone must watch, and if it has been several years since you have seen it watch it again because it is more relevant now than ever before.
