2. Mr. Hamdan has been treate poorly by America.

We should be a Nation of Justice. We should be a Nation of Honor. We should have a Justice System, instead of an Injustice System. What has happened to Mr. Hamdan is Injustice. It is so difficult to think that our Nation has any good to it. We offshored, outsourced more than half of the jobs that would allow a working class person to enter the middle class. Gone. We are not impeaching Bush and Cheney who are guilty of War Crimes, guilty of continuing to wreck our economy, and Congress does little. Thank you Rep. Kucinech, and Sen. Fienstein, and Rep. Wexler, and the few others who have been fighting for US! Shame on all the rest of you wealthy Representatives and Senators who are not defending this Nation, Our Constitution, and Working on performing your Legislative Duties to protect and defend Our Constitution. What would be right: Let Mr. Hamdan go for time served for working a job as a driver for Bin Laden. What a pathetic situation he is in. In no way should he have been in Hell on Earth at Gitmo for being a driver for Bin Laden. Bush and Cheney and others need to be imprisoned. They are guilty of horrendous crimes.

The Judge gave him credit for time served, so he could be free in 5 months!

And THAT was only after the military panel took the chauffeur's terrible driving record into consideration!!
