The FEDS own the Federal Parks. Yes, I know, theoretically we the people own the federal parks. But let's be real.

Long ago, people I knew in Wisconsin threw three and four day music festivals inside the Native American reservations. The events were mellow events, sacred things were allowed to be smoked and everyone had a good time. It also brought a nice revenue stream into the Rez for a few days.

And among other things, the local state and federal police were not allowed in!!

With the laws as they stand now, a gathering that includes any controlled substances on Federal land is probably a bad idea.
