Their psychological problems drive the country insane. Here the new term in the Liberal Lexicon. "Battered Congress Syndrome." This is being offered as the explination for why Congress won't terminate their and our countries abusive relationship with Bush by seeking an Impeachment. It functions exactly like Battered Spouse Syndrome. So apparently Bush has quit beating his wife and taken to beating Congress instead.
