New Monument Honors Slain Journalists

A new monument in London pays tribute to the hundreds of journalists killed in the course of their jobs. An estimated two war journalists have died every week over the past ten years. The latest victim is Iraqi journalist Muhieddin Abdul-Hamid. He was killed Tuesday in a drive-by shooting soon after he left his home in Mosul.

Tell the pundits to go home.... and with due respect to DU, i read here and i blog here, but i address the journalists who do NOT hold party affiliation above the absolute truth---- the journalist, the artist, the comic, who carry the truth forward WITHOUT CONCERN FOR PARTY RESULTS are my heroes.
