1. Strange..

I keep seeing headlines that say: Democrats defecting to McCain. What is the source of these misleading headlines? No decent Democrat, Independent, or American would consider McCain for one second, yet these headlines keep appearing. Everywhere in America people are tired of the state our country is in. So why would they vote for more of the same? Every state thad holds a primary or caucus has Democratic voters outnumber republican voters by huge margins, yet I am to believe that voters are flocking to McCain? I think it is a shame that the American media is selling fascism as a product that is good for you, and the country..I know that this does not pertain to 98% of DU readers, but if you call yourself a Democrat, Independent, or decent American, and you are considering voting for McCain, you are only fooling yourself. You are nothing more than a traitor to your country, and all that is decent.

2. It will be up to us to bring those crazy fools back into the pack

come November. I think that we can do it barring the * cabal attacking America again. My sister can't stand * yet she threatens to vote for McCain. I don't understand her position but that won't stop me from continuing to educate her throughout the election process. Peace, Kim

3. Research..

When I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was turn on my computer. That is when I saw the infamous headline about McCain catching up in the polls. So I decided to do some research. I googled the "journalist" that posted the infamous article. It was written by one Allen Fram, and one Trevor Tompson. Two seconds of research revealed that they are a right wing tag team that often join forces to write hack jobs on the Democratic Party. I have no problem with that. But the article was posted on Yahoo, and was being presented as legitimate, and objective reporting. That is where I have a problem. Don't parade these headlines out as credible news, when they are nothing more than hack jobs written by political hacks.....Some people are actually dumb enough to believe that these articles are legitimate journalism.

I saw the headline this morning too, and thought it was bogus, but didn't have time to do the research. Any way we can post a rebuttal or something on yahoo?
