Would it be bad PR if a company admitted in court that an employee was let go for refusing to lie?
Would it be bad PR if a number of people employed by a particular company and authorized by the company to represent it in court were convicted of perjury?

Would you consider contributing to a charity exclusively designed to pay the costs of investigation and litigation to reveal the above kinds of truths that make for bad PR for big companies?

The idea would be a focused compaign against a small number of companies that are the worst offenders.

The worst offenders would have to decide whether to improve their practices or try to lie their way out of previous lies.

Their competitors that are non-offenders would benefit. Competitors that are lesser offenders would also tend to benefit and would have an opportunity to improve their practices before themselves coming under scrutiny.

Here's a link to a thread that inspired this thread:Does your job require you to lie?
