Economic Report:

The collapsing economy is the number one threat to the United States. That is according to National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair as he spoke before a Senate panel on Thursday. Blair said crisis of more than two years could cause governments to collapse and create regional instability. Nations will no longer be able to afford defense and humanitarian efforts. Such erosion could impact the confidence in the United States as a world leader.
