3. Probably not. If you step a toe on their property, they will have you arrested.

11. No, but people have to drive into the driveway.. stand by the driveway with
your picket signs..

AND try to be effective with your signs.. like Walmart, China's National Store... Things that catch the eye... AND have something that works.. people go to Walmart because they are broke.. so have alt. places for them to go to. Coupons from those stores.. You need to work with Main Street to compete against Wallstreet.. Get a local grocer/ store to give out $25.00 off coupon vouchers.. if you turn people away from Walmart and tune them into a local store with a coupon, that store will do better because more people will come to shop at their store.. and really $25.00 is probably more than they would save if they had shopped at Walmart. Mainstreet stores are high priced because they have less trafic.. so, give them more traffic and they can offer discounts and still pay their employees and make a profit.. BE pro-active.. offer sollutions, not guilt.

5. Can you have posters in your car windows, or write in soap on
them? And park in their lot?

6. Check with your local ACLU office, but I believe you can stand in front of
the door as long as you are not blocking the entrance. Even though it is private property you can do this because (I believe) Walmart is open to the public (no membership requirement) and therefore you can be there as long as you are not harassing people going in and out and are not blocking anyone from go in. I was told this when I was having a petition signed outside of a super-market, and no one tried to get me to leave. But I would check with someone with legal experience.

13. As a practical matter, though, they will call the police
and the police will arrest you if you are on their property and they say you were asked to leave and you didn't.

It will later be thrown out, but that is how it will happen.

It's safer to stand on a sidewalk or on the shoulder of the road leading to the store.

10. Create your own protest T-shirt and go where lots of people can see it.
That's taking picketing off premises and not limited to one area.

14. You can't park on their lot

And expect security to try to tell you to leave the public sidewalk. They will even say police are on the way. Unless the police are on the W mart payroll, they will take your side.
