This is HUGH!!!!! RW radio in Phx is visiting us right now - Say hi
Just got a phone call from a rw, turn on 550 am, they're talking about Democratic Underground.

By the time I got there - don't have the station preset! - they were talking about some
poll on DU (?)

550 broadcasts Rush, Sean, and locals that make Rush seem sane.

So please, give them a nice DU welcome!

My message to 550-
Has Bruce Jacobs been committed yet?

Didn't want to confuse them with the proper use of
the English language or correct spelling.
That would be too advanced for them.
As we all know, they
only understand short, simple sentences. That's why they still think that
Democrats don't have a message.:dunce:

how's this Bush economy working for you. We want to make sure he get ALL the credit for this one. Say how 'bout those gas prices. Well we tried to warn you of Cheney and Bush's background and close ties. Even tried to open the records from that meeting Cheney and all those oil execs had. Say I here Cheney's investments have done extra well. Haliburton has been very good to Dick. Say we need to warn you, this web site is patroled by all kinds of agents. You might want to be careful...don't want to be spied on by the FBI or Pentagon, or Homeland Security. Say, speaking of unAmerican...did you report about that soldier returning home from Iraq that was on the no fly list and was detained. Yeh, he had been to a foreign country, made call to America from Alquida strong hold, AND had traces of gunpowder on his clothes. I am so glad Bush is protecting us :eyes:

46. One of those radical right wing stations?
One that makes everyone walk in goose steps and pray to Bush.

Funny how those guys want us to respect the President when they had no respect for the previous President.

Now that Air America is brosdcasting there, these guys will have fewer and fewer listeners as Phoenix listeners switch over. America is going to return to sanity in spite of these oppressive, radical, wing nuts. We will once again be the land of the free.

...most of them written by freepers posing as legit DUers. Or they'll quote us of out context to make us appear ill-informed or trivial.

But just in case they have a shred of integrity, I'd urge them to check out threads involving search terms such as "Brewster-Jennings," "Abramoff Reed casinos", "Gannon Guckert", "Cheney shot face," etc.

I'd also like to know what they think about their tax dollars going to pay bribes to pro-administration "journalists", or for graft by contractors in Iraq, or about a proposed nuclear strike on a country that (once again) poses absolutely no actual military threat to us or our allies, or about a military policy that sends our young people into harm's way without adequate protection and then forbids them to pay for their own body armor.
