The only legislation about homosexuality
"Bills Nationwide address gays in schools" (San Francisco Chronicle Apr-1st)

There are white people, black people, asian people, Jewish people, male people, female people, adults, children and many others ........... and queers.

If the law being proposed cannot validly substitute one or all of the alternatives above for Homosexual, the law is invalid on its face.

There is only one piece of legislation that make sense in "The land of the free":

Do not harrass, demean, fight, murder, fire, or in any other way discriminate against anyone.

That is what the original constitution said. It is what we must get back to.

Legislating against an innate characteristic is wrong and always will be.

I demand legislation that will compel gay white men to teach the rest of us white men how to dance. And dress. And talk to women.

5. Well. I know Red Sox more than dancing.
There's the conundrum. ;)

7. To be fair
That legislation needs to compel those same gay white men to teach those of us who are gay, and white, and can't dance to save our lives (unless you count my foray into gay country-western dancing more than a decade ago).

8. Gay men who can't dance? My stereotypical view of the world
is threatened! What do I do? I know, quote from "Caddyshack!" Happy place, happy place.

4. Agreed....
It's a pretty sad day when in a lot of places you can't even get gays and lesbians included in hate crimes protection laws, which to meet translates to "it's OK to harass, beat and even kill gays and lesbians."

6. No special rights for gay bashers
They'd squeal like babies if any of this happened to them. These are the same people who claim to be persecuted because they're "Christian" (no offense to the true followers of Jesus.)
