Should Congress Investigate?
Or should they let the Prosecutors do their job? Remember during the Iran-Contra hearings the main reason so many got off the hook is because Congress interfered and granted immunity for testimony. I say Congress should stay out of this particularly since most of Congress seems to be involved. I want more Prosecutors involved though..Let justice be really done by all legal means..

2. Which case?
What are there? HUNDREDS? Seriously. When you consider the Abramoff deal probably covers more than 50 all on its own?

I agree that in most of these cases the Prosecutors should be left to do their work. In many of these cases, Congress would be investigating itself. Not hard to predict THAT outcome. Remember when Shrub had Cheney lead a team to identify who his running mate should be?

My only problem is: Who chose the Prosecutors?

3. Congress should investigate illegal Bush actions re torture, spying, Iraq
Congress should stay out of the matters that are resulting in indictments, but they do need to be much more active in investigating and monitoring actions by Bush such as the push to war, torture and the illegal wiretapping that will never be prosecuted otherwise.
