I swear everytime I see that, he looks like he's on his way to kill someone. And have you heard him speak? He has a very quiet soft voice. It doesn't fit his body.

1. His voice is very incongruous with his body. Reminds me of...
...some weightlifters (well, two, really) that I used to know. Very beefy fellows, very soft/high voices. Anyway, a mutual friend was venting about one of the guys and mentioned that the steroids he'd taken to beef up had done something to his testicles which caused the change from manly voice to more feminine.

I don't know if that's true, btw, just tossing a log on the pyre. I would not put it past him to have used steroids to become a more "manly man" at the actual expense of his manhood. After all, if you're funding Israeli sniper schools you probably have some deep-rooted issues with your manhood anyway, no?

2. Steroids pump your body full of testosterone
So your body sensing all this testosterone stops producing testosterone. Some times, the testicles are permanently damaged. Most of the time, weightlifters have to take special drugs to restart their godad system after they complete a cycle.

6. He looks like a gangster
Then on his big day he wears that godfather hat or whatever it was. I think it was some kind of sign- just speculating and then he loses that and wears a white ballcap. Maybe he's just a seriously messed up dude, but he better have protection. You don't turn tail on popco and live to tell about it.

B-)

7. Clarification for the Uninformed or Culturally Disadvantaged
from Steven Hirsch @ Salon magazine

The picture of Jack Abramoff walking out of a federal courthouse on Tuesday wearing a distinctive fedora is by now iconic. And chances are, like Howard Fineman and Maureen Dowd, you thought he looked like a gangster. But that wasn't my reaction. What struck me was that Abramoff was wearing my hat, a Borsalino, the ne plus ultra of Yeshiva boy caps. Tucked tight on his head, pinched even, perfectly symmetrical (if a little deep for my taste), it was immaculate.

Maybe the contrition Abramoff expressed in his statements was real. Maybe he even recited "Baruch Dayan Emes," the blessing you make when you hear really bad news, after he went to court. Maybe he was wearing a yami (a diminutive yarmulke) underneath his fedora. While it's no secret that he's an Orthodox (if not Torah-observant, or frum) Jew, I've never seen a picture of him with either a Borsalino or yarmulke before. Why now?

So, yeah, Abramoff operated illegally in a dirty environment of graft and greed.
And, yeah, Abramoff's taking refuge in religion in his time of trouble.
But as this administration has so ably proven to the whole world, gross generalization and ignorance
are dangerous regardless of the purity at their root.

Get educated before your prejudices embarass you.

9. Lack Of Depth Perception
I saw that clip too, and thought it odd looking until I realized how it was shot. They used a long long long lens to get that shot, and the subsequent high "f-Stop" of the long lens effectively destroyed any symbolance of depth perception. It makes everything look just a little bit odd. Next time you see it look at the attractive black woman who is ahead of him drinking something out of a cup. See how far ahead she is at the beginning - see how she remains in perfect focus, as does Abramoff, even though he is gaining on her rapidly. Sure fire givaway. Just chalk it up to depth of field and move on. He is an ugly bastard though, isn't he?
