This was posted by shireen on 9/25. She did a wonderful job, so I will repost what she wrote. NOTHING has happened on the legislation H.R. 3858. It is still in sub-committee nd will probably remain there unless we make a fuss. The hurricane season is not that far away. We need this to happen or we will see an instant repeat of Kartina.....thanks a furr bunch!
