GET THIS, YOU DEM SENATE CHICKENSHITS!!!
http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2006_03/008435.php

According to the latest American Research Group poll, 70% of your party's rank-and-file want you to vote for censure. Remember them? They're the ones who elected you to those high-paying, cushy jobs.

Furthermore, more voters in general favor censure than oppose it, 48-43%. That means it's NO LONGER SAFE for you to do nothing and keep your heads buried in the sand, whimpering, wailing, fearing that someone might call you soft on terrorism, and trying to make no waves until the next election.

If you clowns refuse to do anything out of personal integrity and in order to fulfill your responsibility to the Republic, then fer Chrissake do it because the people want it and they're getting pissed at you for your craven, sniveling performance failures and general wimpery, and they just may get pissed enough to take away those cushy jobs if you don't at least figure out which way the mob is going and make a show of getting out in front of it.

1. I got a real tap dance when I called my Senator
I kept my question very simple: Can you tell me where the Senator stands on Senator Feingold's Censure Resolution?

Senator Bill Nelson's office says that he is aware of Senator Feingolds resolution and is quite concerned about the legality of the Presidents wiretapping but has not made a public statement as to wether or not he agrees with censure. Tapped dancing the whole time while talking to me.

I said "well then let me give you my opinion, The President broke the law and no one in this country is above the law and I support Senator Feingold" They asked for my town and zip code and appreciated me taking the time to call.

Senator Martinez's office had a answering machine on to tell me that they are unable to answer the phone at this time and to call during regular office hours, M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00pm. They were not taking any messages. Will continue to call his office.

Keep those phone calls up, especially if you have a Dem. Senator.

The damn thing is whether or not Bill supports the movement to censure, we have to keep f*ing Harris from buying her way into office.
Martinez.......lost cause. Every time I have called that rat bastards office, I receive V.M.
They don't want to hear it they just want to "believe"

4. Feingold has it in committee where he wants it - he's gathering support
for the debate. Why are Dems buying into the SPIN that Dem senators are against this?

It's the Republicans who wanted to rush it and vote to assure no debate. Now we have so many DUers demanding Senators NOT spend the time in committee and discuss or debate it but just get it over with it - exactly what Feingold DOESN'T want.

8. But wait! Rush said today that real men don't listen to polls.
They go by their gut and do what they think is right. They don't ask for directions. Sure, they may get lost once in a while but they are MANLY!

He said Dems listen to the polls so that if things go wrong they can say "But I did what the American people said to do". Wimps!:sarcasm:

35. Rush is an asshole (like we needed any more proof).
"Real men" don't listen to polls? Listening to polls = listening to your CONSTITUENTS, asshole! You know, the people who ELECTED you and who can un-elect you...Diebold permitting anyway.

These are also the same people who can listen to your show or turn it off, and hopefully get YOUR big mouth cancelled from the public airwaves if enough of them turn it off.

Yeah, like Rush doesn't know that better than I do. He's a liar as well as an asshole.

14. But you've got to understand,
We the people aren't the constituents that our so called leaders listen or respond to. The constituents that they listen to are the ones that line their pockets with money, and that would be corporate America. If corporate America started calling for Bush's censure, they'd be all over it like stink on shit. But since Bushco has managed to stay in the good graces of corporate America, they our so called leaders aren't going to oppose him in any way, shape or form.

Welcome to the two party, same corporate master system of government.

43. Our county meeting got really interesting last week
with a knock down-drag out brawl over an impeachment resolution. Nobody opposed impeachment, but there was a lot of conflict over both the wording of the resolution and the wisdom of a state Senate candidate coming out with a statement about it. Some saw the motion as Quixotic, thinking we would look like irrelevant idiots for doing it.

,...was built. Obviously, we are dealing with a regime that not only exploits its own nation but also fucks all the ideals upon which that nation was built. GO FIGURE. The barbarians are, once again, abusing power over human beings, without any moral obligations or "feelings" about what they violently impose.

Whatever ANY representative (Democrat, Republican, Independent) doesn't get about that,...I'll have NO NO NO empathy or understanding or forgiveness to extend to you in the aftermath. I will commit COMPLETE LOYALTY to those who took a courageous stand BEFORE the aftermath,...and WE WILL BE STANDING IN THE GRAVES OF YOUR DEFEAT!!!!
