Six Degrees of Keith Olbermann
OK, this is starting to make my head spin. If it gets any more complex I'm going to have to bust out Visio.

Last night Keith Olbermann was on Stephen Colbert
Tonight Al Franken is on Stephen Colbert
Last night Al Franken was on Letterman
Letterman was featured last night on Olbermann
Today Olbermann is on Al Franken

For the love of all that is holy, can somebody please get Olbermann on Letterman's show?

Seriously though, I think Keith is going to seriously up his ratings this week.

3. I agree
There seems to be some kind of Obermann/Franken media blitz going on though. I don't think the timing could be better, what with low approval ratings and all. I'd like to see everybody involved get more exposure.

2. Maybe the increased exposure might get the attention of CBS
Besides, who wants to see Couric as the Evening News anchor anyway?

5. Sorry, I assumed most everyone knew
CBS is looking for someone to permanently fill the anchor seat on the CBS Evening News, the one Bob Schiffer is temporarily in. Current gossip says CBS is courting Katie Couric for the position. But with the increased visibility of Mr. Olbermann, maybe CBS might see the light.

As much as I like Countdown on MSNBC, I think it'd be great if CBS would consider Mr. Olbermann for the position instead.
