HOUSE RollCall Patriot Act
The 280-138 roll call Tuesday by which the House passed legislation to renew the Patriot Act. Under a special procedure, a two-thirds majority was needed for passage.
A "yes" vote is a vote to pass the bill.

Voting yes were 66 Democrats and 214 Republicans.

Voting no were 124 Democrats, 13 Republicans and one independent.

X denotes those not voting.

There are two vacancies in the 435-member House.
