7. the problem is that Bush's policy regarding China
is so bad that the only thing this administration can think of to counter their growth is to try to build up India. If that means giving nuclear know-how to a country that has refused to sign the nonproliferation treaty then so be it. :) Then Pakistan gets P.O'd and :nuke: Not good!
