I'm Nuts About A Freeper.
I've learned tons about the process of evolution from freeper Patrick Henry. His List-O-Links is fantastic. I love the stuff he posts. Evo/Crevo threads in Freeperville are actually educational, so I have to tip my hat to PH.

From a thread over there:

Help for new visitors to the evolution debate
Another service of Darwin Central, the conspiracy that cares.

If you're interested in learning about evolution, visit The List-O-Links.
If you'd like to understand the concept of speciation, visit Micro-evolution, Macro-evolution, and Speciation.
If you're serious about debating this issue, see How to argue against a scientific theory.
If you're permanently stuck on stupid, but determined to post anyway, use the Evolution Troll's Toolkit.

3. I know!
I love it. Those libertarian science geeks know their stuff. They may be lunatics in other arenas, but they're the voice of reason on this topic.

4. there are some very intelligent freepers
but they tend to skid off the average freeper points of view into libertarianism.
i went too far.....i posted very briefly on free republic until one day i couldn't help myself and defended abortion at any stage of fetusdom and was called a baby murderer. i even criticized bush as not being particularly intelligent.

i was banned.

5. also banned.
I said something snotty about ann coulter. Still, I love those evo defenders over there. Hilarious

It is only your atheist, secularist, matarialist bias and your desire to do drugs and consort with loose women that blinds you to this truth.

And so it might have been, if only loose women had ever shown any interest in consorting with me, and if I had a metabolism sufficently robust to cope with anything stronger than the occasional snifter of Glenmorangie 12-year old single malt...

But I suppose we could offer a menu of theoretical choices on the Eternal Question of the Refrigerator Light, to wit:

Creationist: Using the authority of the sales literature including in the packing crate, the Creationist claims that "Frigidaire so loved its customers, it decrees Non fiat lux! everytime the refrigerator door is closed, thereby sparing us untoward electric bills. To challenge this creed is to risk the wrath of the Frigidaire Corporation and may result in an eternity spent in the foul underworld of spoiled produce."

Intelligent Design: The mechanism for switching off the light inside the refrigerator is irreducibly complex, only a Higher Force (or space alien) could have made it, all of a piece.

Evolutionary: First, there were simple, dark iceboxes...

6. I'm sure I'm banned from FR.
But then I would never seriously try to stay. Too liberal to pull it off. I do love to go on those suicide runs to the place. They suck.

7. There are a couple of smart ones over there,
but they seem to be declining in number. Someone over there comes up with some pretty interesting archeology stories as well.
