Okay, all you who have been spied upon, speak up!
But is it true that the NSA or federal intelligence agencies are recklessly, without cause or due process, silently tracking and investigating innocent average Americans? It might be…but where is the evidence?

So far, not a single innocent average American has come forward and identified themselves as a victim of unwarranted NSA surveillance. Despite all of the partisan press coverage of this hopeful scandal, no innocent average American has come forward and accused the NSA of wrongly wiretapping them.

5. What is the standard? My phone company (AT&T) handed
over access to their database and Yahoo! handed over searches. And, that's only what I know to be fact.

Do I have probable cause to believe my privacy has been invaded?

6. I maintain that anyone who posts at DU
or other such "subversive" web sites has reason to believe they may have been electronically surveilled. I see no reason not to believe it.

7. Some one should send them a tape of the basement hearings
where the guy from the Quaker group testified that he had been spied on. There is one American for them!

11. Yep and there was a group of high school kids too
and anti-war protesters in Texas and that church in California.

But why bother with facts? This guy obviously would rather promote that agenda of 'nothing to see here' so move along now. LOL

9. I have been censored in the past by the US military-----
I have no way of knowing if this stemmed from spying or was just a case of someone "coming across" my writings, but I hold that it is highly more likely that it was done on purpose.

The catch in all of this is that until one is arrested or censored, there is no proof--even if one or both of these things happen, the government can still refuse to tell you how they acquired the information.

That is the root of the problem--it's all done in the dark, in secret, with no proof and no disclosure necessary.

after being falsely imprisoned.
