4. There is a hell of a difference between getting shot in the face...

and having shot land on you.

As a duck hunter I've had shot land on me. A hunter on the other side of the marsh takes a shot at a high flying duck, the shot goes up, the shot comes down and if you happen to be where it comes down, well, it's like being out in a small hail storm, no big deal.

Getting shot in the face like Cheney's buddy was, that's a whole 'nuther ball o' wax.
