Woman Accused Of Beating 'Late' Daughters With Belt

A woman in Clermont, Fla., was arrested this weekend on suspicion of hitting her daughters on their hands with a belt because they were late, police told Local 6 News.

Lateisha Rhodes was charged with child abuse in connection with the injuries to her children.

A neighbor reported the alleged abuse after taking picturies of the welts on the girls' hands, police said.
